Rain, rain and more rain...

Some pictures of my backyard to have an idea how hard it rained today about 6:00pm. Not complaining though, we need it and we're thankful to God for all His blessings, big or small.

My first Altered Clipboard

I always wanted to make one of these. I guess the day finally arrived, and with the left overs from some Autumn paper and pieces of ribbon I decided to make my first altered clipboard. These supplies were great to experience the new project. I'll show you some pictures to see how it came out. Looking forward to make much pretty ones when I have time(even monogrammed).
It was a nice experience!

NENA'S BABY SHOWER

Toad-ally Awesome Greeting Card

This cute greeting card I made yesterday out of handmade paper, and a toad die cut and finished it off with a piece of brown ribbon. Blank inside and could be used for any occasion. Comment it and tell me what you think. :)

Another Scrapbook

This is another scrapbook I worked on when I had some free time. One of the things we scrapbookers love is sharing our work with one another! Spirit of Spring

Spring is finally here! My favorite season of the year! A time to flock to the garden, plant some flowers and enjoy the birds. Below are some pictures that I took this weekend that I thought they're in the spirit of spring.

Just wanted to post a new picture with my new friend "Pepper". She's the cutest. SO friendly and loveable. One of my client's(Rebeca) baby. I had a great time...but when I got home to my babies they were very sad, when they sniffed and found out I went to a stranger...

A BEAUTIFUL CARD THAT I'VE DESIGN OUT OF PASTEL COLORED PAPER AND STICKERS. WONDERFUL FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS IT'S BIRTHDAY IN SPRING. I LOVE THIS SEASON, I DON'T KNOW WHY(MAYBE BECAUSE MY BIRTHDAY IT'S IN MAY...LOL :]). CAN'T WAIT FOR WINTER TO BE GONE AND SPRING TO COME!!!

Greeting Cards

Worked on 3 cards when I got home from work today, so I wanted to post them on my blog. They're very simple, but cute. I love the colors(brights) and the embellishments I put together on the mauve one. It stands out. Planning to make more. Let's see when I'm gonna find some free time again. Tell me what you think. Greeting Cards

What else can you do on a cold day in South FL??? Craft right??? I love to sit down and make things when it's nice and quiet at my house(it reminds me of when I used to be little and had to do project assignments for school)...and of course when all the things are put together, organized, and clean... this is a good way to relax my self. So these handmade greeting cards are for any occasion. They're fun to make, especially the blue one. I made it out of paper napkins!! That's right p-a-p-e-r n-a-p-k-i-n-s. The pink one it's a ''purse'' card. I love the shape and the flower brad that is used close the card. The other one it's a Valentine's or Just because card. They're fun and colorful and I look forward to making more. Blank inside. Let's see how the other ones will come out... I never took any classes/courses for these kind of projects... I think I did pretty good !!

Keepsake Box

So here's how I started...I had soooo many things of my cousin's memories{since he was born, now he's 1yr. old} and I was thinking what to do with them. First I wanted to make a scrapbook, but then I changed my mind since he has 2 already, and I came up with the idea of painting a paper mache box and decorated with stickers, embellishments, rhinestones, ribbon and personalized it with a silver oval bookplate. I can't wait to send it in GA(where he is) and see what the Mommy says. She'll be very surprised!
